In this all-level prenatal yoga class, expecting moms will cultivate the flexibility, concentration and strength needed during the transformative time of pregnancy and childbirth.

Baby & Me Yoga
Babies participate while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. Class also features calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and improve baby’s sleep.
Grownups will use strength- and flexibility-building postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to address common physical complaints and mental/emotional stressors during the postpartum/new-parent period. No yoga is experience required.
For parents, this class is a special opportunity to move and play with baby, learn songs and activities to use at home, get to know baby’s emerging personality, and meet other moms and dads.
Prenatal and postnatal offerings are drop-in. Student can pay per class, purchase a multi-class pass, or become members for unlimited classes. Start anytime.
