In this all-level prenatal yoga class, expecting moms will cultivate the flexibility, concentration, and strength needed during the transformative time of pregnancy and childbirth. Enjoy the community of other expecting mothers while we practice modified Hatha Yoga postures, breath work, vocal toning and meditation. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Our late winter series runs from Feb 21-Mar 28 (6 classes). Commit to the entire series or drop in to individual classes.
