This week we are cultivating balance, courage, and heart through superhero and obstacle course themed camps:
- Superhero Me (PK-1st Gr) – Campers are invited to find their own superhero qualities as we explore classic stories and real-life heroes in our world. Outings TBD may include the portrait gallery or American History Museums.
- American Yogi Warrior (2nd-5th Gr) – Get ready. Get set. GO! This jammed packed week is filled with indoor and outdoor obstacle courses, incorporating yoga asanas and breathwork, to get your warrior ready for mindfulness, stillness, and meditation. Our age appropriate obstacles courses are sure to challenge children to work together, work towards a goal to finish, and use their yoga skills to complete our American Yoga Warrior challenge, all while having fun and making friends along the way.
Our summer camp provides children with a fun, creative, educational and enriching experience through yoga movement classes, mindfulness activities, relaxation, games, crafts and outdoor time.
We offer a non-competitive and supportive environment where kids can learn to work cooperatively as well as learn to care for and nurture themselves. Each week-long camp is sure to create lasting memories, new friendships, and a foundation for health and well-being!
