Breathing Space supports new families through the transformative time of pregnancy and new parenthood. Our classes include prenatal and postnatal yoga as well as family wellness and parenting support workshops.
In this all-level prenatal yoga class, expecting moms will cultivate the flexibility, concentration and strength needed during the transformative time of pregnancy and childbirth.
Enjoy the community of other expecting mothers while we practice modified yoga postures, breath work, vocal toning, meditation, and relaxation. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Baby & Postnatal Yoga
Baby & Me Yoga is a blend of fun, yoga-inspired movements and postures for baby and postpartum-appropriate yoga for mom/caregiver. Baby Yoga & Play is a great family activity with more focus on parent-child activities and gentle movement for adults.
Babies participate while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. Class also features calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and improve baby’s sleep.
