Preschool, Toddler YogaYoga for Families and Children

Early childhood yoga and yoga for kids, tweens and teens incorporate age appropriate poses, songs, games and even art.

Baby Yoga & Play

This class features yoga-inspired movement, songs, rhymes, baby play, and massage especially for newborn to pre-crawling babies as well as gentle yoga for parents. Most appropriate from 6-weeks postpartum until baby is mobile. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Tot Yoga (crawling – 24 mo)

This is a supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class for crawling babies to 2 year old toddlers and their parent/caregiver. This class is all about your new mover. Crawlers and walkers learn poses, songs, and games while they explore new movement and social skills. Parents fully participate in class but no yoga experience or yoga mat is required. Simply wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to move.

Preschooler Family Yoga (21 mo – 4 yrs)

tot yoga parachuteThis class is for families 21 month to 4 year old preschoolers, with younger siblings welcome. Class incorporates age-appropriate yoga poses, songs, stories, and games as children learn yoga through social interaction, repetition, and play. No yoga experience required for either parent or child. Contact us to pay half price for walking siblings younger than 21 months. Crawling or in-arms babies may attend free.

Family Yoga (Ages 4+)

This class for families with children ages 4 and older explores age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, songs, movement games and relaxation, with an emphasis on interactive and partner activities for kids and adults to do together. Parents should plan fully participate in class, but no yoga experience is required. Yoga mats are used in this class so feel free to bring your own or borrow one from us. (Younger siblings may participate for a discount. Contact us before signing up.)

Kids Yoga (5-10 yrs)

Yoga helps children learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way while having fun. Classes incorporate age-appropriate poses, breathing, movement, games, music, and art. Classes often revolve around a philosophical or natural theme and always include some form of quiet relaxation.

Tween Yoga (9-12 Years) and Teen Yoga (12-15 yrs)

This class provides preteens and teens with a safe space to explore more complex poses and asana than in classes for younger children as well breathing exercises, movement games, and much needed relaxation techniques.

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga for pregnancy celebrates the mom and baby connection and the beauty and power of you changing body.prenatal-quad-stretch In this all-level class, expecting moms will cultivate the flexibility, concentration and strength needed during the transformative time of pregnancy and childbirth. Enjoy the community of other expecting mothers while we practice modified Hatha Yoga postures, breath work, vocal toning and meditation. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Postnatal Yoga

This class is designed for postpartum moms to gently and safely regain strength, tone, and endurance after pregnancy and birth. We’ll explore strength- and flexibility-building postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to address common physical complaints and mental/emotional stressors during the postpartum/new-parent period.  Babies (and their voices) are welcome, but this class is distinctly for grownups. No previous yoga experience is required.


Prenatal and postnatal offerings are drop-in. Student can pay per class, purchase a multi-class pass, or become members for unlimited classes. Start anytime. Reserve a prenatal or postnatal class.

Our kids & family classes, for crawling babies through teens, are offered in multi-week class series; registration is required, no drop-ins. Register for a kids or family class.
