Yoga for children supports motor skills, language acquisition, and social-emotional development while having fun. Breathing Space yoga for babies and toddlers classes incorporate playful, age appropriate poses, breathing exercises, movement games, rhythm, and songs for little ones and caregivers to do together.
Fall weekday classes begin Sept 27. Weekend classes begin October 13. Both run through early December.

Classes for crawling babies and older toddlers and families are offered in multi-week class series; registration is required, no drop-ins. Enrollment includes little one & up to two (2) caregivers weekly (parents, grandparents, nannies or other caregivers welcome). Sibling discounts automatically apply. Nanny shares welcome (10% discount). More class policies.
Baby & Me Yoga
for pre-crawlers is a blend of fun, yoga-inspired movements and postures for baby and postpartum-appropriate yoga for mom/caregiver.

Baby & Me Yoga is a blend of fun, yoga-inspired movements and postures for baby and postpartum-appropriate yoga for mom/caregiver. Babies participate while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. Class also features calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and improve baby’s sleep. Appropriate from approximately 6 weeks to nearly crawling.
Grownups will use strength- and flexibility-building postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to address common physical complaints and mental/emotional stressors during the postpartum/new-parent period. No yoga is experience required.
