  • Apr 28 @ Realignment Studio
  • May 19 @ Realignment Studio
    enrollment to open in February.

Family Yoga & Mindfulness classes are structured so both parents and children can enjoy themselves while moving in a supportive, non-competitive environment. While many of the poses will look familiar to adult yogis, a kids class flows very differently than an adult yoga class.

preschooler yoga, bubblesWhat’s a family yoga class like?

  • We incorporate lots of songs and games centered around movement and mindfulness.
  • There’s lots of emphasis on social interaction.
  • We use many props never found in an adult class: hula hoops, balloons, scarfs, crayons, and more.
  • Many classes incorporate story telling or books

Parents should plan to fully participate in family classes. One adult must be present, up to two adults are welcome on weekly basis, and the same adult need not be present every time. No yoga experience required for either parent or child.

January Camps

Mid-Winter & Spring Camps

FebruaryMarchApril and spring break camps are filling up already. Every camp has a waitlist that automatically starts once camp is full and we’ll be considering expansions of the camps that fill early. We’ll make expansion announcements shortly after winter break at the latest.

Important: Possible Glitch with Waitlists

Please don’t mix a enrollments and waitlists on the same order!
In other words, don’t mix a a spring break camp registration with a Mar 8 or April 4/5 waitlist request in the same order. Do two separate orders.
Our waitlists are set to allow parents to “pay later” for waitlisted camps and classes. If a waitlist spot is opens up, we’ll contact you for  authorization before either charging the card on file sending a payment request.
However, if you put a waitlisted camp in the same order as a camp with available spots, the system charges you for both. We’ve just discovered this “glitch” and investigating work-arounds, but in the mean time please be careful.
Finally, if the totals on your orders seem wrong. Please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can fix it.
