This class incorporates traditional yoga asana, breath work, relaxation, and postures adapted for the YogaBody-style trapeze with plenty of time to play, fly, and hang upside down in the rigs. For older kid yogis, it’s a natural addition to yoga class. And, it’s just plain fun.
All trapeze classes are limited to 8 years and older because students must be able to follow directions for safety on the rigs. Additionally, classes are limited to a maximum of ten (10) students.
