This class incorporates traditional yoga asana, breath work, and relaxation, as well as postures adapted for the YogaBody-style trapeze with plenty of time to play, fly, and hang upside down in the rigs. For older kid yogis, it’s a natural addition to yoga class. And, it’s just plain fun.
All trapeze classes are limited to 2nd grade and older because students must be able to follow directions for safety on the rigs. Additionally, classes are limited to a maximum of ten (10) students.
