This class incorporates traditional yoga asana, breathwork, and relaxation but is based around our YogaBody-style yoga trapeze rigs.  Practicing on the suspension rigs allow us to build core strength, functional upper body strength, and balance while we explore postures in different relationships to gravity and cultivate mindfulness and relaxation. 

Class is limited to a maximum of ten (10) students. Drop-ins welcome when space allows.
