Kids Yoga Day Off Camps
Fun, Enriching, Relaxing Experiences when School is Closed
Breathing Space Kids Yoga Camp offers kids ages 4-10 years enriching yoga and mindfulness experiences in a playful, non-competitive environment so they can learn self-regulation and stress management techniques, enhance gross motor skills and fitness, and, most importantly, make friends, relax, and have fun on DCPS days off for professional development or parent-teacher conferences.
We’ll do yoga movement classes, mindfulness activities, relaxation, games, crafts and outdoor time. We offer a non-competitive and supportive environment where kids can learn to learn to work cooperatively as well as learn to care for and nurture themselves.
